Kia is bidding farewell to the Stinger with the limited-production Tribute Edition, set to release only 440 units in North America. The starting price for this model is $53,390, with an additional $1,175 for out-the-door pricing at $54,565. Opting for all-wheel drive increases the price to $56,765. The Tribute Edition is based on the Stinger GT2, powered by a 3.3-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine producing 368 horsepower and paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
In contrast, the 2024 Stinger lineup includes the GT-line, featuring a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 300 hp, starting at $37,865 for the rear-wheel-drive variant. The Tribute Edition was introduced in late 2022, marking the end of the Stinger’s production. The Stinger garnered attention for its performance and handling but faced modest sales, leading to its discontinuation. The Tribute Edition is distinguished by black wheels, black exterior trim, and an exclusive Steel Matte Gray metallic color. Inside, it features brown leather seats with special trim.
